The number was up when compared to July 2016, with the volume of 12 349 tons worth 20.7 million dollars, said the Head of the Trade Office of Lampung Province Ferynia in Bandarlampung Tuesday.
He said the increase in coffee exports was due to stock commodities is quite a lot considering the harvest of this year increased compared to last year.
According to him, the production of Lampung coffee beans rose by 30 percent when dibandingakn season last year.

Exports of arabica coffee beans, he added, amounting to 101 568 US dollars with a weight of 19.2 tonnes in August 2016.
Export destinations Lampung among others Alzajair, Armenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Morocco, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, South Africa, Romania, Iran, the United States, and Sweden.
Meanwhile, the price of robusta coffee beans at the farm level in West Lampung down because the quality of the commodities and a lack of management after harvest.
The price of coffee beans at random today at the farm level down from Rp21.000 per kilogram to Rp 19,000 per kilogram given the lack of good quality coffee, said coffee farmer Wanto from Lampung Barat.
He said the average moisture content of the coffee bean farmers over 19 percent, so the quality is bad. As a result, coffee prices fell.
